We at German Salazar D. Import - Export / Iguake (hereinafter also referred to as: “we” or “Iguake” for short; see also our Legal Notice) are pleased about your interest in our website, www.iguake.com

With this Data Privacy Statement, we want to inform you what personal data (hereinafter simply: “data”) is collected when you visit www.iguake.com and use the website’s services, and what data we process or use.

2. Collection and use of your data

The relevant data and what we collect, as well as how we use it, depends on whether you are visiting our website for purely informational purposes or want to use the services we offer on the site (e.g. contact):

a) Purely informational use

For purely informational use, you do not need to provide us with any personal data. Rather, in this case we will only collect and use data that is automatically provided to us by your web browser (e.g. the date and time you visited one of our web pages, browser type and browser settings, operating system used, the last page you visited, the volume of data transmitted, access status, and possibly your IP address).

We will only collect and use this data to allow you to call up the desired web pages, as well as for statistical purposes, where legally permissible, in order to improve our website.

If your browser provides us with your IP address, we will only save this address for the duration of your visit; no person-specific analysis will take place.

b) Using our services

If you use the services offered on our website, we may need to request and use additional (possibly personal) data from you. This is done for the purpose of providing the desired service.

c) Use of service providers

For the above mentioned purposes, we may share your data with the technical service providers who support us (e.g. hosting, web servers, etc.). We have chosen these providers carefully and hired them according to the statutory requirements.

For the rest, your data will not be shared with third parties unless we are legally obligated to do so.

3. Use of cookies

Our website uses a technology known as cookies. Cookies are small text files that are sent to your browser by our web server when you visit our website, and which are then stored on your computer for later use.

We use session cookies (also known as temporary cookies) on the one hand, which are exclusively saved on a temporary basis for as long as you are using one of our web pages. The purpose of these cookies is to continue to identify your computer during your visit to our website when you switch from one of our web pages to another, and to determine when your visit ended. The cookies will be deleted as soon as you close your browser session.

We also use “persistent cookies” (also known as “permanent cookies”). These cookies are not deleted automatically at the end of a browser session, but have an expiration date after which the cookies are deleted. These cookies are used to save data for Google Analytics (see also Section 4).

We do not save personal data in cookies in either case. We also do not use any technology that could link information gathered through cookies to your user data.

You are free to decide whether you want your browser to accept cookies from us, and whether your browser will allow us to retrieve them or not. You can determine this by changing your browser settings.

For instance, in your browser, you can disable cookies, limit them to specific websites, or configure your browser to automatically notify you and ask for permission before a cookie is placed. You can manually delete cookies that we have placed at any time.

You can also use our web pages without cookies, but for technical reasons this will limit their functionality.

4. Right of objection and usage profiles

Where legally permissible, we create usage profiles for advertising and market research purposes, and to ensure the need-based design of our website and its services; this is done by using cookies. These usage profiles are created either without any personal reference, or using pseudonyms. In the event that pseudonyms are used, you can object to this at any time. To do so, please contact iguake@outlook.com or adjust your browser settings so that the browser does not accept any cookies from us (see also the information on cookies above).

If you have granted rights to us under data privacy law, you can also revoke these at any time with effect for the future. To do so, please also use the above mentioned email address.

6. Using Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA (hereinafter: ‘Google’). Google Analytics uses so-called ‘cookies’, i.e. text files that are stored on your computer and allow an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is typically transmitted to a Google server in the U.S. and stored there. However, due to the activation of IP anonymisation on these websites, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the U.S. and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, summarise reports on website activities and provide other services related to website and Internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transferred from your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be combined with other data from Google.

The data processing purposes are the website-use analysis and the summary of reports on activities on the website. Based on the use of the website and the Internet, other related services will be provided.

The processing of the data occurs on the basis of the user’s consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 (a) GDPR).

The recipient of the data is Google as the processor. For this, we have entered into the corresponding data-processing contract with Google.

The deletion of the data occurs as soon as they are no longer necessary for our recording-keeping purposes.

Google processes your data in the United States of America and is subject to the EU-US Privacy Shield: https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

The provision of your personal data is voluntary, based solely on your consent. If you prevent access, this can lead to functional limitations on the website.

You can prevent the storage of cookies by a corresponding setting in your browser software; however, please note that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website in their entirety. Furthermore, you can prevent the collected data generated by the cookie and the data related to your use of the website (including your IP address) being transmitted to Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics.

With the assistance of the tracking tool Google Analytics, the browsing behaviour of the website visitors can be evaluated and their respective interests can be analysed. For this analysis, we create a pseudonymous user profile.

7. Using Facebook Pixel

We use the “Custom Audience pixel” of Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”) on our website. With its help, we can keep track of what users do after they see or click on a Facebook advertisement. This enables us to monitor the effectiveness of Facebook ads for purposes of statistics and market research. Data collected in this way is anonymous to us, which means we cannot see the personal data of individual users. However, this data is saved and processed by Facebook. Facebook can connect this data with your Facebook account and use it for its own advertising purposes, in accordance with Facebook’s Data Policy which can be found at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/. You can allow Facebook and its partners to place ads on and outside of Facebook. A cookie can also be saved on your device for these purposes.

Please click here if you would like to withdraw your consent https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads#_=_

8.Using Google Maps

We use Google Maps on this website. Google Maps is operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter ‘Google’). This allows us to show you interactive maps directly on the website, allowing you to conveniently use the map feature.

You’ll find additional information about Google’s data processing on the Google privacy policy page(http://www.google.com/privacypolicy.html), where you can also change your personal privacy settings in the data protection center.

Click here (http://www.dataliberation.org/) for detailed instructions on how to manage your own data related to Google products.

Your consent is the legal basis for the integration of Google Maps and the associated data transfer to Google (Art. 6 Para. 1 (a) GDPR).

By visiting the website, Google receives information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged into or if there is no user account. When you’re logged into Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account.

If you do not want this assignment in your Google profile, you must log out of Google before activating the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for advertising, market research and/or tailor-made design of its website. Such an analysis occurs in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the formation of these user profiles, but you must submit this objection to Google.

We do not collect any personal data via the integration of Google Maps.

Google processes your data in the United States of America and is subject to the EU-US Privacy Shield https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

If you do not want Google to collect, process or use information about you via our website, you can disable JavaScript in your browser settings. In this case, you cannot or only partially use our website.

The provision of your personal data is voluntary, based solely on your consent. If you prevent access, this can lead to functional limitations on the website.

9. Using Google Tag Manager

Google Tag Manager (GTM”) is a tag management system to manage JavaScript and HTML tags used for tracking and analytics on websites. Tags are small code elements that, among other things, are used to measure traffic and visitor behaviour: to understand the effect of online advertising and social channels; to set up remarketing and orientation towards target groups; and to test and optimize websites. GTM makes it easier for us to integrate and manage our tags. We use GTM on our website to include the following tracking tools (as in described in detail this Section 12):

● Google Analytics

● Facebook Pixels

If you have performed deactivation, GTM takes this deactivation into account. For more information about GTM’s privacy practices can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en and terms of use at https://www.google.com/analytics/tag-manager/use-policy/.

10. Using Google Ads

We use the services of Google Ads to draw attention to our attractive offers with the help of advertising materials (so-called Google Ads) on external websites. We can determine in relation to the data of the advertising campaigns how successful the individual advertising measures are. We are interested in showing you advertisements that are of interest to you, to make our website more interesting for you and to achieve a fair calculation of advertising costs.

The advertising materials are delivered by Google via so-called “Ad Servers”. For this purpose, we use ad server cookies, through which certain parameters for measuring success, such as the insertion of ads or clicks by users, can be measured. If you access our website via a Google ad, Google Ads stores a cookie on your device. These cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not intended to identify you personally. For this cookie, the unique cookie ID, number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), last impression (relevant for post-view conversions) and opt-out information (mark that the user no longer wishes to be addressed) are usually stored as analysis values.

These cookies enable Google to recognize your Internet browser. If a user visits certain pages of an Ads customer's website and the cookie stored on their device has not expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user has clicked on the ad and has been redirected to this page. Each Ads customer is assigned a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be traced via the websites of Ads customers. We do not collect and process any personal data in the aforementioned advertising measures. We only receive statistical evaluations from Google. On the basis of these evaluations we can recognize which of the used advertising measures are particularly effective. We do not receive any further data from the use of advertising material; in particular, we cannot identify users on the basis of this information.

Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically starts a direct connection to the Google server. We have no influence on the extent and the further use of the data which are raised by the use of this tool by Google and inform you therefore according to our knowledge: By the integration of Ads conversion Google receives the information that you called the appropriate part of our Internet appearance or clicked an announcement of us. If you are registered with a Google service, Google may associate your visit with your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, it is possible that the providers may obtain and store your IP address.

11. Using Goolge Ads Remarketing

We use the remarketing function within the Google Ads service. The remarketing function allows us to present to users of our website advertisements based on their interests on other websites within the Google advertising network (in Google search or on YouTube, so-called “Google ads” or on other websites). For this purpose, the interaction of users on our website is analyzed, e.g. which offers the user was interested in, in order to be able to display targeted advertising to users even after visiting our website on other pages. To do this, Google stores cookies in the browsers of users who visit certain Google services or websites in the Google Display Network. This cookie is used to record the visits of these users. The number is used to uniquely identify a web browser on a particular device.

Used Cookies: Type C.
